Twelve golfers split into two teams of six. Two captains (selected later) draft their squads Thursday night after the practice round.
Friday and Saturday feature two-man team matches — morning and afternoon. Sunday is individual net match play, everyone out on the course with a point on the line. Most points wins the Cup.
All scoring is net, so handicaps keep every match honest.

Separate from buy-in: lodging, green fees, transport, and food/drinks get split once the house, tee times, and travel are booked — I'll add a full "who owes what" breakdown then. The 5 scoring rounds are Friday (2), Saturday (2), and Sunday (1); the Thursday practice round doesn't count toward the low net / low gross prizes.
